My Seamless Booking Process
LEt's Connect
Step 1. Fill out the form on this site. After our first email exchange, I'd love to jump on the phone and hear about your vision! After I work with you to create the perfect package for what you're looking for, I will send you a contract, an invoice, and your first questionnaire. I require a nonrefundable retainer of 25% of the total package to reserve your date!
Making it Official
Step 2. After the invoice is paid, the contract is signed, and everything is squared away, you're officially booked! We will set up a second meeting about a month out from your date to go over alllll the details--the vision, ideas, timeline, etc.
Making it Special
Step 3. If you're within driving distance, we will hopefully be able to grab lunch or a cup of coffee to talk all about your day. During this meeting, I will gather all the info I need to create your personalized photo timeline. I will also gather all the info to be able to stick to my philosophy--adding the the realness of the day & capturing its story in its fullness.
The Day Of
Step 4. The day has finally come! On your wedding day, I will arrive 15-30 minutes early to the venue. I will be abiding by the photo timeline we have created, working closely with your planner/coordinator (if you have one), instructing my second shooter, and making sure we stick to the timeline AND enjoy the day with ease! Your sneak peek will be available to you 24-72 hours after your big day!
